Hire of church facilities, tables & chairs

Tables, chairs, urn /per day:

Parishioners can hire the church tables, chairs, urn at a cost of:

Chairs = R2/per chair

Tables = R10/per table

Urn = R50

The parishioner hiring the items will be liable for repairing/replacing the above items if they are damaged.

Hire of Church grounds

Parishioners can hire the church grounds (incl. tables & chairs) for a cost of:

Grounds (including toilet facilities) = R400/per day

Terms & conditions:

• Grounds and facilities will be available from 10:00 to 16:00.
• Grounds and facilities to be cleaned prior to leaving the premises.
• All refuse to be removed from the premises.
• Additional costs may be charged for a cleaner, if grounds and facilities are not cleaned after use and this will also determine whether the premises will be hired out to you in future.
• The parishioner hiring the premises will be liable for any damage to the buildings or facilities.
• The church grounds will not be available for hire during scheduled mass times.
• These terms and conditions will be reviewed every year in December and implementation will be the 1^st of January every year.

Payment:

• The cost of hiring is per day.
• Payment for the hire of tables, chairs or the church grounds must be made in full before use.
• If the parishioner wishes to contribute more than the minimum amounts specified above, they are free to do so.
